چکیده
Penelitian ini berjudul Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dimasa Pandemi (studi MTs Mathla’ul Anwar Landbaw). Tujuan adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala madrasah/sekolah dalam menghadapi pandemi covid-19 konteks upaya mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh di Landbaw. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara kepada pihak terkait study dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukan bahwa masa pandemic strategi e-learning, memiliki kelebihan seperti mudah diakses oleh seluruh dewan guru juga para siswa, dapat lebih mengontrol siswanya daring.
